I’ve always found Katherine Heigl to be very pretty.

But I don’t think it’s botox at all. Katherine has always had a chubbier face cheek and this type of face does make her look more youthful.

This was an easy one.
Even though Katherine is in her 40s, she is years away from even considering getting a facelift. I think she looks after her skin quite well and may never need one.

To tell you the truth, I kind of knew she was a natural beauty.
But I wasn’t sure if Katherine had any minor cosmetic procedures as she got older. For now, I couldn’t find anything.
