Her beauty is unique.
So I’ll be very surprised if Keira Knightley has gotten plastic surgery. Everything about her just seems so natural.
I could be wrong and that’s why I made these comparisons.
Has Keira Knightley had a nose job?
At first glance, Keira’s nose appears to be thinner.
But if you look closely, you can see that she has applied some makeup around her nose bridge to create that thinning effect.
She did not have a nose job. I’m sure.
Did Keira get lip fillers?
I don’t think she did.
Keira’s lips look near identical in both of these pictures. There are no signs of lip injections as far as I’m concerned.
Did she have a boob job?
You’ve probably noticed it too.
Keira is quite flat-chested so if she did get breast implants, I’m sure everyone would know about it. Her boobs are real and I don’t think she wants to change that.
What about her teeth?
It’s obvious that Keira’s teeth are not perfect.
But I wouldn’t say they are crooked either. Veneers can certainly fix them but she likes them just the way they are. Me too!
Final Thoughts
I was right.
Cosmetic surgery is not Keira’s cup of tea and these photos proved it.
She doesn’t need it anyway.
