Let me get straight to the point.
I saw Helen Hunt on screen the other day and she had plastic surgery written all over her. Given her age, it wouldn’t surprise me if she did but I just wanted to confirm.
That’s why I made these comparisons.
Did Helen Hunt have a facelift?
I’m not going to lie.
Helen’s face looks impeccably smooth here compared to her younger self. It’s like her face was polished with sandpaper. There are hardly any wrinkles in this shot and I think facelift could be the reason.

Has Helen had botox injections?
There are puffy patches showing on Helen’s face cheeks.
So, I think she most likely had botox in the hopes of smoothing out her facial lines. This is something fillers can definitely achieve.
If this is true, however, she may have overdone it just a notch here.
Final Thoughts
I loved watching Helen Hunt in movies so it kind of hit a nerve of mine seeing her age.
It seems like she might be dealing with aging by seeking cosmetic surgery and that’s totally her choice. I think Helen still looks great though and she will always be one of my favorite actresses of all time.
