It’s been a while since I lay my eyes on Katharine Mcphee and that was back in her American Idol days.
Recently, I saw her on Netflix and I immediately thought this woman might have had some work done.
It’s hard to say for certain if it’s plastic surgery but these comparisons should tell us.
Has Katharine Mcphee had a nose job?
There is a throwback picture of Katharine and Meghan Markle circulating online and I took a snippet of it to compare what her nose used to be like.
As you can see, it was quite bulky.
But I’m not prepared to go as far as a nose job purely based on the fact that she was more chubby. I believe her loss of weight is the reason behind her slimmer nose shape.
It happens to a lot of women.
Did Katharine have botox?
I don’t see anything suspicious on Katharine’s face.
She’s only in her late 30s and you can see how her smile lines are getting deeper with age. This is a natural sign of aging.
So, I don’t think she has used botox yet and is still years away from considering a facelift. She is looking after her skin quite well.
Did she get a boob job?
Things certainly got interesting in Katharine’s photoshoot with People Magzine.
Yes, her boobs have gone up at least a cup size, if not more. I think there is a good chance that those are breast implants.

What about a butt lift?
Her butt size hasn’t changed.
It’s clear that Katharine keeps her body in top shape and exercise can certainly contribute to her nice butt shape. Nothing was enhanced from what I can see.
Final Thoughts
Do I see anything unusual?
I’m going to say yes but whether this is the work of cosmetic surgery or not, I’ll leave the ball in your court.
