Please allow me to make an assumption.
I think Britney Spears has tattooed eyeliner because every time I see her without makeup, she seems to be wearing it.

1. Waking up at home
Judging by her messy hair, Britney probably just woke up when she took this selfie.
It’s obvious she had no makeup on but then, those eyes.
Do you see what I mean?
2. White pale face
Even with a colorless pale face, you can see the black outlines around Britney’s eyes.
I doubt she deliberately left out her blushes and lipstick.
3. Getting into a car
The singer was spotted makeup-free while getting into her car. It’s clear she wasn’t going to any important events.
4. Crying Britney
Let me get one thing straight.
I don’t like seeing Britney cry. In fact, I absolutely hated it! But what got me curious is why her mascara isn’t smudging under those tears?
5. Casual wear with glasses
It’s one of those days where Britney just wants to keep things simple and casual, including her bare face. I guess those glasses can help.
6. Bald shaved head
I almost forgot about this bald look when Britney decided to shave off all of her hair.
Yes, her head wasn’t in a good space back then.
7. She just wants to drive
It’s not easy being a superstar, especially when you’re seen in public without any makeup. They will do anything to stop you for a few photos.
Just let her drive!
8. Young natural face
I love how young Britney took all the attention away from her natural face with a simple black hairband.
Of course, a little eyeshadow would have done her wonders.
9. Buying groceries
Everybody needs groceries but you don’t always have to look your best in a supermarket, just like Britney.
