So when I do these plastic surgery comparisons on Dove Cameron, I’m simply letting the pictures do the talking.
That’s why it is important to get it right.

These photo evidence took a long time to put together and should tell us if Dove has had any procedures done.
Has Dove Cameron had a nose job?
On the left, we have Dove who is only 16 years old.
There is no way she can have a nose job prior to this, unless it was done illegally.
You can see that her unique nose shape remains identical even to this day. This is especially evident on her nose tip, which is super cute by the way.
It may look slightly rounder now but girls do change and makeup can help a lot too.
So, I’m saying “no” for this one.
Did Dove get lip fillers?
It seems like Dove was trying to get the pouty lips look at one stage.
However, her top lip wasn’t full enough back then but that has changed in recent years.
I think she most likely had lip injections on her top lip and it definitely helped her to achieve that fuller look.

Did she have a boob job?
One thing is certain.
Dove knows how to make her body stand out. Given that her breasts are not small to begin with, she can make them look bigger with push-up too.
So, I think her boobs are real. Her cleavage also looks natural to me, unlike breast implants which you can usually tell in various outfits.
Did Dove have a butt lift?
This is another “no” from me.
There is nothing fake about her butt size and that has not changed.
Everything about her body looks in proportion so I doubt she had a butt lift nor does she need one.
Final Thoughts
It wasn’t unexpected.
While Dove does look hotter every year, I don’t think she had any cosmetic surgery that is particularly invasive. The most she might have done is her lips.
That’s pretty much all I could find.
